There are certain conditions, in which case you cannot apply for faster passport services. This includes when you are outside the UK, applying for the first adult passport and if you have previously applied for a passport.

Even if you are applying for the premium services through our agency, still it will take 2 days time for the appointment booking. And only those passport holders can use premium renewal services whose passport was issued after 31st December 2001.

If you want to cancel your appointment within 48 hours, then you have to pay cancellation fees of 30 pounds. But if it is more than 48 days for your appointment, and you want to cancel your appointment, then in that case you are not charged.
